The games are held with the aim of developing people's diplomacy from a young age through culture and creativity, developing multilateral cultural cooperation, establishing cultural exchange, and mutual enrichment of the cultures of the peoples of the BRICS member countries.

Children aged to 18 can take part in the games.

The Association of Figures ofChildren's Creativity, together with the RRPM "Synergy of Talents," is organizing the International Children's BRICS Art Games as part of the work of the Commission on Patriotic and Spiritual-Moral Education of Children and Youth of the Council for Interethnic Relations under the President of the Russian Federation, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the State Duma of the Russian Federation, and the World Coordinating Council of Russian Compatriots Living Abroad.
