On December 2, a press conference dedicated to the Second BRICS Art Games was held at the press center of the Rossiya Segodnya news agency. The event was organized by the Association of Children's Creativity Professionals as part of the Commission for Patriotic and Spiritual-Moral Education of Children and Youth of the Council for Interethnic Relations under the President of the Russian Federation, in collaboration with the regional public movement in support of talented youth, Synergy of Talents. The event is supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the State Duma of the Russian Federation, and the World Coordinating Council of Russian Compatriots Living Abroad. International cooperation within the Games is organized in cooperation with the Ministries of Culture, embassies and consulates, cultural associations, BRICS countries' diasporas, and compatriots living in these countries.

"The Games are a powerful tool in the development of cultural diplomacy and BRICS countries' cooperation in the field of culture. Just one year of the Games' existence has already shown concrete results in this area," emphasized Olga Viktorovna Zvonareva, a member of the Commission for Patriotic and Spiritual-Moral Education of Children and Youth of the Presidential Council for Interethnic Relations, and the head of the regional public movement in support of talented youth, Synergy of Talents.

"Tens of thousands of children from 32 countries took part in the Games. At the awards ceremony and the gala show, the winning delegations presented the culture of their countries in twelve categories. The Games showed that bringing children together through creativity, immersing them in each other's cultures during their preparation, and fostering interaction, familiarity, and friendship through art is a real effort that contributes to the future of children and their development as multifaceted individuals who respect the cultures of others. New nominations, new discoveries, and, I hope, even more creative opportunities for participants and winners are ahead," said Mikhail Yurievich Sokolov, President of the Association of Children's Creativity and Games.

The Ambassador of the Games, Chairman of the Healthy Lifestyle Council of the China-Russia Committee for Friendship, Peace and Development, and Chairman of the Board of the Chinese Entrepreneurs Club in Russia, Jiang Yanbin, spoke about the stages of the BRICS Creative Games in China. "In October of this year, we held the opening ceremony of the Games in China in the city of Chongqing, with the participation of the winners of the Games, showcasing Russian culture to Chinese children and presenting the art and beauty of China to Russian artists. I know that this international meeting will be remembered by the children on both sides for a long time, and they continue to be friends and communicate today. We will definitely develop cooperation in this area. Next season, we plan to continue this important initiative with a cultural meeting featuring performances by artists in China," said Jiang Yanbin.

Children from 8 to 18 years old can take part in the Games in the following main categories: vocals, choreography, instrumental and original genres, artistic creativity, fashion, and others. The winners will be able to see the embodiment of their ideas at the gala show, exhibitions, and fashion shows. "The Games are a large-scale event that brings together creative children from different countries. It not only helps young talents to make a name for themselves, but also allows them to share their best creative practices and grow and develop as they participate in the Games. We supported this initiative because it makes a significant contribution to the development and future of our children," said Svyatoslav Kapustin, a partner of the Games, an entrepreneur and philanthropist, and the founder of the Tramplin Group.

As in the previous year, the theme of the Artistic Creativity nomination was the landscape and architecture of the BRICS countries' cities. "More than a thousand participants from different countries sent their paintings last year. The competition showed that children are united by their love for the beauty of nature and the sights of their cities. I am confident that even more young artists will join the project in the second season of the Games. The finalists will be presented with an exhibition right before the award ceremony," said Alexey Brodansky, Marketing Director of Neva Palitra.

The "Fashion" nomination is once again dedicated to everyday clothing with elements of national costume. "Last year, this nomination became one of the most popular. During the competition, young fashion designers learned about the BRICS countries' traditions in clothing and national elements. The winners' works were combined to create a unique collection, which was showcased at the grand finale. This creative challenge has been retained in the second season of the Games, and it is remarkable because it helps aspiring designers to immerse themselves in the culture of other countries and develop their skills in this area. The prize in the form of a Chaika sewing machine, named after the legendary call sign of the first female cosmonaut, Valentina Tereshkova, will help them reach new heights in the field of sewing," said Vitaly Kadun, General Director of Elfort.

As part of the Creative Games, the BRICS Health Games will be held in partnership with the BRICS Health Coalition. "The Games promote a healthy lifestyle as part of the culture of the younger generation, which is very important," said Elena Vladimirovna Shuraeva, Head of the BRICS Health Committee. One of the key activities of the initiative is the second international project, "Nutrition Culture." "Last year, the project brought together over a thousand children and teenagers from nine countries. In the new season, it has become a full-fledged educational platform where participants first learn the basics of proper nutrition through engaging videos recorded by the project's ambassadors, then test their knowledge with quizzes, and ultimately create their own videos about healthy eating for the competition. The project's ambassadors are children's bloggers, actors, and TV presenters: Taya Skomorokhova, Vova Levchenko, and Eva Smirnova. For the company, fostering a culture of conscious eating from childhood is not just a social mission; it is a contribution to the health of future generations in Russia as part of the overall goal of promoting national health," said Artem Pateev, Director of International Development at NL International.

Participants will have the opportunity to use their creativity to create a game. "A game is a powerful tool for a child's development. It inspires excitement, teaches them to achieve goals, discover new talents, and embrace experimentation. The "World of Hobbies" competition within the BRICS Creative Games is a unique opportunity to not just imagine but to truly enter the world of games by creating a cover for a real board game. The best works will be displayed at the exhibition, and the winner's creation will be printed and presented at a gala ceremony," said Mikhail Akulov, co-founder and CEO of the HobbyWorld publishing holding.

The Prof Vzlet competition will be the most important international project that will help creative children realize their potential in the future. "Creativity is important for children not only as a means of self-expression, but also as an opportunity to connect their future with their favorite activities. To achieve this, it is necessary to understand how to turn what you have been doing since childhood, which you love so much, into an opportunity to earn money from it. The creative business project competition, with its educational component, experts, and successful businesspeople, will help young creative individuals learn to see the bridge that will allow them to transition from their childhood passions to their future professions and success in them," said Ekaterina Skarednova-Vays, Managing Partner of the Strategic Development and Ecosystem Design Agency Strateco.

Participation in the Games is free at all stages. The grand award ceremony and a large-scale show featuring the winners will take place on April 21 in Moscow at the Moskva Concert Hall.
