In China's largest city with a population of 33 million, the opening of the II BRICS Art Creative Games was held by the Association of Children's Creativity. With the support of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at the invitation of the Chongqing City Administration, a delegation of almost 40 artists, winners of the 2025 Games, including the Solntsevets choreographic ensemble, the Dunyasha folk vocal ensemble, and the Misteriya children's musical theater, as well as the Teleidea team of young journalists, attended the opening ceremony. The children prepared a bright program based on Russian folk tales, the plot of which was told in Chinese, and introduced Chinese children to Russian folk songs and dances. An important part of the trip was meeting Chinese students studying Russian, with whom the children spent an unforgettable day, leaving a gift of Russian matryoshkas as a memento. Between performances, the artists were shown the beauty of mountainous China, the unique Chongqing Geology Museum, the film city of Liangjiang, which is entirely made up of sets, where the artists performed a concert on stage, and a mesmerizing show of thousands of drones, as well as a workshop on cutting festive figures out of rice paper and calligraphy of hieroglyphs. Some of the artists were even lucky enough to use their flight connection in Beijing to visit the Great Wall of China.

The Association of Figures of Children's Creativity would like to express their sincere gratitude to the Chongqing City Administration, the host team, and Mr. Jiang Yanbin, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Games in China, for organizing the meeting of the delegation of artists, providing them with hospitality, and offering them a unique opportunity for cultural exchange between Russian and Chinese children. The trip, its sights, beauty, and culture, as well as the friendship with Chinese students, will remain with the children for many years to come.
